Our initial consultation will be in person or over the phone. We will discuss your current lifestyle, eating habits, current and past diets, interests, fitness history, injuries, sleep, eating patterns and more. We will begin analyzing your profile and through 2 weeks of documentation we develop a detailed plan that works for you. This is not a diet or a meal plan, but an approach to food and nutrition like you have not seen before.
Without restricting the things in life you love, we will look at why nutrition can be so confusing and construct a simple, easy to follow plan that is right for you. Knowing what, how and when to eat allows for hormone optimization - your body's hormones working for you, instead of against you.
